Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the education services department to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards for educational programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
