We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our farm operations. As the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our farm, from crop production to livestock management. This is a hands-on role that requires a dynamic individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement farm strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Manage the entire farm operation, including crop selection, planting, harvesting, and livestock management.
• Monitor crop growth and health, implement pest control measures, and ensure timely irrigation and fertilization.
• Oversee the care and management of all farm livestock, including feeding, breeding, and healthcare.
• Manage the farm budget, including operational expenses, equipment purchases, and labor costs.
• Hire, train, and supervise farm staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all farm employees.
• Maintain accurate records of farm operations, including crop yields, livestock inventory, and financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing farm operations.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and farm equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Proficient in using farm management software and other computer programs.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate farm equipment.
