Position: Director of Education Programs

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our team. As the Director of Education Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, program evaluation, and staff management. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development and implementation of innovative and effective educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive education program strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals
• Oversee the design and development of curriculum, ensuring that it is engaging, relevant, and meets the needs of our target audience
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all programs are aligned and integrated with other organizational initiatives
• Manage a team of educators and program coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
• Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program offerings and reach a wider audience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in education, incorporating them into program design and delivery
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our education programs and build relationships with potential partners and funders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and program evaluation methodologies
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs
• Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
