Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a deep understanding of data warehouse architecture and methodologies. As a Data Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's data warehouse, ensuring its performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data warehouse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain data warehouse documentation, including data mappings, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
• Monitor data warehouse performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, optimizing performance whenever possible.
• Develop and implement data quality and data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the data warehouse.
• Identify and implement data warehouse improvements, including automation and optimization of data loading processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and provide recommendations on how to best utilize the data warehouse to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data warehousing to continuously improve our data management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL and ETL tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery, is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
