About the Role: Commute Companions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Ride Share Coordinator to join our team. As a Ride Share Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the ride share program for our company and ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our employees. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with ride share providers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a ride share program for the company, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage relationships with ride share providers, including negotiating contracts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and track ride share usage and expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify ride share needs and address any concerns or feedback.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure all employees are properly enrolled in the ride share program and provide training on how to use the service.
• Maintain accurate records of ride share data, including usage, costs, and savings.
• Develop and implement safety procedures for ride share services, including conducting regular safety checks and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the ride share program.
• Assist employees with any ride share-related inquiries or issues.
• Plan and coordinate special events or promotions to increase ride share usage and promote eco-friendly transportation options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with specific experience in ride share coordination.
• Knowledge of ride share industry trends and best practices.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ride share management software.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
