About the role: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient systems and processes in our manufacturing plant. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct time and motion studies to determine the most effective use of resources and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-effective solutions for production processes.
• Create and maintain detailed production plans, scheduling, and capacity analysis to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
• Provide training and support to production teams to ensure understanding and adherence to production processes and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and qualify new equipment and materials to enhance production processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
