Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify and understand business requirements.
• Research, design, and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and improve existing processes.
• Utilize a variety of data sources such as structured, unstructured, and streaming data to build effective and efficient models.
• Develop and maintain scalable and reliable ML infrastructure and pipelines.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data cleaning to ensure high-quality data for training and testing.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence and apply them to improve our products and services.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with data storage and processing technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
