Position: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Overview: As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play an integral role in identifying and engaging top talent to join our organization. You will work closely with our recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. With your exceptional sourcing skills and industry knowledge, you will help us build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our organization
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for our company culture
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted sourcing plans
• Track and report on sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition process
• Participate in various recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and networking events
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and build relationships
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on sourcing metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume sourcing environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
