Position: Semiconductor Product Manager

Location: Bandung, Indonesia

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Semiconductor Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of our semiconductor products, from conception to launch. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing product strategies, and ensuring the success of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to develop product roadmaps and define product requirements.
• Manage the product development process, including setting timelines, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Define and manage product pricing, positioning, and messaging to effectively target key market segments.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
• Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology to guide product development and strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product improvements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct product training for sales teams and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology and market trends.
• Proven track record in developing and launching successful products.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
