Position Title: Education Coordinator
Job Overview: As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and implementation of educational programs and initiatives. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that the educational needs of students are being met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create curriculum and lesson plans that meet the needs of students.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback from students and staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate professional development workshops and trainings for teachers and staff.

- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to enhance educational opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and oversee standardized testing and assessment procedures.
- Develop and maintain records and reports related to educational programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination role.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with budget management.
