Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on program development and implementation
Conduct research to identify best practices and innovative strategies for program design and delivery
Develop and maintain program budgets, timelines, and evaluations to ensure effective and efficient program implementation
Coordinate with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote and market education programs
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program sustainability and growth
Monitor and track program progress, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports for stakeholders
Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during program implementation
Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in education to continuously improve programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an education-related setting
Experience working with diverse populations, including students, parents, and community members
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of program evaluation techniques and data analysis
Familiarity with current education trends and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives
