Position: Academic Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Academic Program Manager to join our education institution. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our academic programs. You will work closely with faculty, students, and other stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of our academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage academic programs in accordance with the institution's mission and goals
• Collaborate with faculty to design and implement new courses and curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing academic programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage program budgets and resources
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and growth
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of academic programs
• Mentor and support faculty in their teaching and professional development
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and external stakeholders
• Organize and oversee program events, such as workshops and conferences
• Provide support and guidance to students throughout their academic journey
• Analyze data and prepare reports on program performance and outcomes

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in academic program management, preferably in higher education
• Strong understanding of academic program development and evaluation
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
