About the role: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Academic Coordinator for Education Programs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our education programs, ensuring their smooth and effective operation. You will work closely with our academic team to develop and implement strategies that enhance student learning and success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our education programs.
• Work closely with the academic team to identify program goals, objectives, and outcomes.
• Coordinate and oversee the development of curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with faculty to plan and implement professional development activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between program stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education program coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of program development, evaluation, and assessment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using technology for program management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
