Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop chemical processes and equipment for the production of various products
Conduct research and experiments to improve existing processes and develop new ones
Analyze data and troubleshoot any issues in the production process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, technicians, and production managers to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and processes
Maintain and adhere to safety standards and regulations in all aspects of chemical engineering
Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve production efficiency
Monitor and maintain quality control of products throughout the production process
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering to incorporate into our processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical engineering
Strong knowledge of chemistry principles and processes
Proficient in using chemical engineering software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of successfully implementing new processes and improving existing ones
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with project management and leadership skills is a plus
