Position: Education Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and project management, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the planning and execution of educational events, workshops, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and secure resources for educational programs
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in education and apply them to program development
• Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote program outreach and partnerships
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote educational programs and increase participation
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program performance and impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and/or education
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful educational programs
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
