Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement academic program curriculums
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of course materials and resources
• Manage program schedules and ensure that all courses are offered as per the academic calendar
• Monitor and track student progress, providing support and guidance as needed
• Assist with the recruitment and enrollment of students into the program
• Plan and coordinate program events such as workshops, seminars, and guest lectures
• Maintain accurate student records and update program databases
• Prepare and distribute program-related communications and reports
• Assist with budget management and track expenses related to the program
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the program remains relevant and competitive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in academic program coordination or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Knowledge of academic program development and curriculum design
• Familiarity with budget management and event planning
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
