Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our growing team. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing tax compliance, and providing tax planning and consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their tax obligations are met while minimizing their tax liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Conduct tax research and provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Provide support to clients during IRS and state tax audits
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax information and resolve any tax-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations for all client engagements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities for tax savings and make recommendations to clients
• Train and mentor junior staff members on tax-related matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
• Experience with tax audits and tax planning preferred
