Position: Production Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all production goals are met. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our products, managing the production team, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the production process to ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that production is not interrupted.
• Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all production targets are met.
• Train and supervise production team members, ensuring that they are following all safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of production team members to identify areas for improvement and provide necessary training.

• Create and implement strategies to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
