Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all language service projects, including translation, interpretation, and localization
Work closely with clients to understand their language needs and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to assign projects to language specialists and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with language specialists to ensure quality and accuracy of translations
Develop and maintain relationships with external language service providers
Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Conduct quality checks on completed projects to ensure they meet client requirements
Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language services
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Provide training and support to new language specialists as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the language services industry
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using translation management tools and software
Knowledge of different languages and their cultural nuances
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
