Job Overview: As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production process to meet company objectives. You will lead a team of production staff and work closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and driving continuous improvement in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Train, coach, and mentor production staff to maintain high-quality standards and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and inventory management.
