Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing programs from ideation to implementation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
