Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion within the given timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Communicate project updates and changes to all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and review project documentation including bids, proposals, contracts, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and track project expenses and make necessary adjustments to keep project within budget
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety and building codes and regulations
• Strong budget management skills and experience with cost estimating and tracking
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
