Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our organization. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our education programs to ensure their success. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create program content and curriculum that meets the needs of our target audience.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the education programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of our team of educators and volunteers.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of our education programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact.
• Maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote and expand our education programs.
• Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes to demonstrate the success and impact of our programs.
• Stay current on trends and best practices in education and incorporate them into our programs as needed.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance our education programs and provide additional resources for our participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and program design.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
