Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance procedures on aircraft, including checking for defects, repairing or replacing parts, and performing necessary tests.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft.
Repair and replace aircraft components, such as engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and avionics.
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine procedures.
Document all maintenance and repairs accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations in the maintenance and repair of aircraft.
Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of technical school or specialized training in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency repairs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
