EduTech Learning Platform is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Online Learning Specialist to join our team.As an Online Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing online learning initiatives for our company. You will work closely with our curriculum development team to create engaging and interactive online courses that meet the needs of our diverse audience. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our online learning programs and making necessary improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with curriculum development team to design and develop online learning courses
• Utilize various instructional design techniques to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online learning
• Manage the implementation and delivery of online learning programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online courses and make necessary adjustments to improve learner outcomes
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to the online learning platform
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate and up-to-date
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources for instructors and learners
• Provide training and support to instructors on how to effectively facilitate online courses
• Maintain and update the online learning platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience for learners
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the online learning experience for our audience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and online learning development
• Strong understanding of various learning management systems and online learning platforms
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
