Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at a leading Pharmaceutical Association. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that support the organization's mission and vision.
• Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
• Monitor and evaluate the organization's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations, to further the organization's goals.
• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events to raise awareness and promote its mission.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and sponsors to secure funding for the organization's initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to guide the organization's strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and build relationships.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the non-profit sector.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
