Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire garment manufacturing process from design to finished product.
Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production team to ensure that all garments are produced according to specifications.
Evaluate and select appropriate materials for each garment, considering cost, quality, and availability.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
Monitor production progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all garments meet company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any production or quality issues in a timely manner.
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes and materials used.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, production techniques, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs relevant to the role.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
