Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on slot machines including cleaning, replacing parts, and checking for any technical issues.
Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues that arise with the slot machines.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each slot machine.
Stay up-to-date with the latest slot machine technology and advancements.
Work closely with other technicians and members of the gaming staff to ensure all slot machines are functioning properly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
Assist in training new technicians on proper maintenance and repair techniques.
Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any issues or concerns with the slot machines.
Adhere to all gaming regulations and laws, ensuring all slot machines are in compliance.
Attend regular training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in slot machine maintenance and repair.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Slot Machine Technician, preferably in a gaming environment.
Strong understanding of electronic systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
