You will work closely with our writers, content creators, and project managers to ensure that all content meets our high standards and adheres to our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit a wide range of written materials, including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, social media posts, and more
• Ensure all content is error-free and follows proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Fact-check all information and validate sources used in the content
• Collaborate with writers to improve the overall quality of their work
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and ensure that all content is delivered on time
• Develop and maintain a style guide to ensure consistency across all written materials
• Implement and maintain brand guidelines in all written materials
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Identify and correct any inconsistencies or discrepancies in tone, style, or messaging
• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality of content
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in writing and editing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Copy Editor or similar role
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using editing software and tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong research skills and ability to fact-check information
• Familiarity with SEO and digital content creation is a plus
