Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations of our company. This includes overseeing the transportation of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with various departments within the company and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, including negotiating rates, selecting carriers, and tracking shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and report any issues or delays to the relevant departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best rates and services.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and laws.
• Act as a liaison between various departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and meet company objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws.
