Are you a skilled Civil Engineer with a passion for land development? Do you have a strong understanding of land use regulations and possess the technical expertise to design and manage large-scale development projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Land Development Engineer.As a Land Development Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various land development projects. This includes residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to determine the viability and potential challenges of proposed development projects
• Develop site plans, grading plans, and drainage plans for land development projects
• Prepare and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies, and ensure that all approvals are obtained in a timely manner
• Manage the design and construction of water, sewer, and stormwater systems for land development projects
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure that all designs and plans are in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that construction activities are carried out according to the approved plans and specifications
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of construction work
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the design or construction phase of projects
• Keep abreast of new developments in land development regulations and technologies, and incorporate them into project designs when applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in land development engineering
• Strong knowledge of land development regulations, zoning laws, and building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
