Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, while maximizing profitability
Create and maintain budgets, ensuring cost controls are in place and expenses are within budget
Monitor and analyze sales and financial data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve performance
Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality products are delivered at competitive prices
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all food and beverage areas
Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste
Work closely with the culinary team to develop menus, ensure consistency in food quality, and introduce new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Lead and motivate the food and beverage team, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the food and beverage operations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost controls
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
