About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Visualization Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and interactive dashboards. Your primary responsibility will be to create meaningful and impactful visualizations that will help our clients and internal teams make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industry-leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView
• Analyze complex data sets and identify key insights to be incorporated into visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visualizations
• Stay updated with the latest data visualization trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our deliverables
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to make necessary improvements to visualizations
• Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines for visualization purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data visualization development, preferably in a business intelligence or analytics environment
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices and principles
• Experience working with complex data sets and using SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
• Ability to create engaging and interactive visualizations that effectively communicate insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy in visualizations
• Experience with data modeling and database design is a plus
• Knowledge of front-end web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
