• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and external organizations to support the organization's educational initiatives.
• Manage the budget for educational programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support educational programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage students and promote their academic success.
• Communicate with students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on educational programs and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's educational offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational programs and initiatives through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, program development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, theories, and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in project management and budget management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
• Knowledge of local and national education policies and regulations.
