Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Director to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a passion for creating innovative and effective learning experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, designing curriculum, and ensuring the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Lead a team of educators and provide guidance, support, and training as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the educational needs of students and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Design curriculum and learning materials that are engaging, relevant, and effective
• Oversee the implementation of educational programs and ensure their success and effectiveness
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
• Manage the budget for educational programs and ensure resources are allocated effectively
• Foster relationships with educational partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and reach a wider audience
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education and incorporate them into program design and implementation
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for educational programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and attract students
• Represent the organization at educational conferences, events, and meetings to promote our programs and build partnerships

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional design
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful educational programs
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for program improvement
• Passion for education and a dedication to creating a positive impact on students' lives
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
