Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, parts replacements, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend new techniques or technologies to improve maintenance processes
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repairs
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls when needed
