If so, we have the perfect role for you - Offshoring Operations Specialist.As an Offshoring Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's offshoring activities. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth transition of processes and operations to offshore locations while maintaining high levels of efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement offshoring strategies in collaboration with the management team
• Identify and evaluate potential offshore locations based on cost, quality, and availability of resources
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the feasibility and potential risks of offshoring specific processes or operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify processes and operations that can be offshored and develop a plan for their transition
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for offshoring activities
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure a smooth transition and integration of processes and operations
• Develop and implement training programs to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure offshore teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Monitor and track the progress of offshoring activities, identify and address any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to management
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with offshore partners and vendors to ensure a seamless working relationship
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in offshoring operations to continuously improve processes and operations
• Provide guidance and support to teams involved in offshoring activities, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshoring operations or a similar role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing offshoring strategies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of offshoring best practices and industry trends
• Experience in training and knowledge transfer
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel to offshore locations as needed
