Job title: Sustainability Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to help our company achieve its sustainability goals. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sustainable practices across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and gather data on current sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in our sustainability efforts
• Develop and maintain sustainability reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate findings to various stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and initiatives across the organization
• Monitor and report on the company's environmental impact, including energy usage, waste generation, and carbon emissions
• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities related to sustainability
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in sustainable practices
• Communicate sustainability goals and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sustainability awareness and engagement among employees
• Participate in sustainability audits and certifications
• Provide recommendations for cost-effective and innovative solutions to improve sustainability efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability or a related field
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large datasets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience in conducting sustainability audits and developing sustainability reports
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards such as LEED, B Corp, or ISO 14001
• Experience working in a corporate sustainability role
• Familiarity with sustainability software and tools
• Passion for environmental sustainability and making a positive impact
