Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and develop business relationships through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential properties for clients.
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and provide guidance on market conditions and property values.
• Assist clients in the negotiation of sales and lease agreements, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to potential buyers or tenants.
• Coordinate property showings and tours for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.
• Active real estate license in the state of CA.
• Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in industry software and technology.
