Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. The Education Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our education programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education and making a difference in the lives of students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for education programs, in collaboration with the leadership team
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure program success and sustainability
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, teachers, and community organizations
• Coordinate and lead program-related events, trainings, and workshops
• Conduct research and stay updated on current education trends and best practices
• Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness, making necessary improvements and adjustments
• Oversee program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure program goals are met
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and increase participation and engagement
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including program materials, reports, and evaluations
• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, planning, and evaluation
• Knowledge of current education trends and best practices
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
