Overview: Himalaya Zenith Tech Academy is seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our educational programs, ensuring their success and impact. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including educators, students, and community partners, to ensure the smooth execution of our programs and promote our mission of providing quality education to all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive education program strategy in line with the organization's mission and goals.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of our educational programs, including curriculum development, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Collaborate with educators, community partners, and other stakeholders to identify program needs and design effective educational solutions.
• Manage program timelines and ensure that all deliverables are met within the set deadlines.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth implementation of programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs and recruit participants.
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and other educational activities to enhance the learning experience of program participants.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education sector and integrate them into our programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful education programs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in the education sector.
