Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing strategic staffing solutions
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and engage with potential candidates
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client's organization
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and salary negotiations
Keep track of market trends and industry developments to stay updated on the latest recruitment strategies and tools
Act as a liaison between the client and the candidate, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Provide guidance and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process
Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or similar setting
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various industries and job levels
In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, with a strong understanding of candidate sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing and management
