Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the visual presentation of our products in various retail stores. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales.
• Conduct store visits to ensure that the products are displayed according to the company's standards and guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure that our products are given prime placement and receive proper attention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement promotional displays and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the management team.
• Train store associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques to increase their understanding and sales performance.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to source new products and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role.
• Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies.
• Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
