Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's objectives and goals
Collaborate with various departments to identify educational needs and create targeted programs to address them
Conduct research to stay updated on current trends and best practices in education
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance our organization's education initiatives
Create and manage the budget for educational programs
Recruit, train, and supervise education staff and volunteers
Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and seminars
Develop and maintain educational resources, including curriculum, materials, and supplies
Analyze data and prepare reports to track the progress and impact of educational programs
Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education and ensure compliance
Participate in meetings and conferences to represent our organization and promote our educational initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education coordination or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of educational principles, practices, and standards
Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with budget planning and management
