Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Create visually appealing product displays that align with company standards and brand image
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking based on sales trends and customer demand
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display and inventory needs and make necessary adjustments
• Train and coach store employees on merchandising techniques and standards
• Work closely with vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and placement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a merchandising role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software
• Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed
• Knowledge of retail analytics and data analysis is a plus
