Overview: We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting our senior team members in executing financial transactions and providing strategic financial advice to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including building financial models, performing valuation analysis, and creating presentations for clients
• Research and analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to support deal origination and execution
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute client strategies, including identifying potential buyers or investors, evaluating potential targets, and supporting negotiations
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and other documentation to support client presentations and meetings
• Actively participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and following up on any action items
• Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely execution and delivery of required documentation
• Monitor and track industry news and developments to identify potential deal opportunities and provide market insights to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders to support business development efforts
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members, including interns and analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and manipulate financial models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
