Overview: As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process for our company. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles. You will work closely with various departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and sales, to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers. This is a crucial role that directly impacts the profitability and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and manage inventory levels.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee logistics and transportation activities, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and distribution to meet delivery deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, with knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
