Title: Biotechnology Product Development Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Biotechnology Product Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and commercialization of biotechnology products, ensuring their successful launch and ongoing success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and commercialization of biotechnology products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product development plans, including research and development, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales.
• Conduct market analysis and identify potential opportunities for new biotechnology products.
• Manage the product development budget and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the development of product launch plans and work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product development strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts to gather insights and inform product development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines during product development and commercialization.
• Act as a subject matter expert on biotechnology products and provide training and support to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing biotechnology products.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of biotechnology product development processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with global teams and understanding of international markets is a plus.
