About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure our systems are running efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure design, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using industry best practices and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance
• Automate infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Define and enforce security policies and procedures for cloud infrastructure
• Manage and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical systems
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure meets current and future needs
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and infrastructure management
• Act as a subject matter expert for all cloud infrastructure related matters and provide guidance to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and management
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to write scripts in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing and infrastructure management are a plus
