Job Title: Senior Golang Developer

As a Senior Golang Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the Go programming language. You will work closely with a team of talented engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, robust, and highly performant applications using Go
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and define technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and code reviews
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Go community and implement them in the development process
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
• Proactively identify and propose solutions to improve the performance, stability, and reliability of existing systems
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, following development processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing backend systems using Golang
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Proficient in using Go's concurrency features and experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, as well as NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus
